As Executive Vice President of ESource Corp., Ms. D'Angelo brings strong leadership, vision and client commitment to this rapidly growing company. Ms. D'Angelo is an industry-recognized leader with considerable expertise in the areas of e-Learning, knowledge management, and employee portals. Ms. D'Angelo's responsibilities will be to build strong partner and channel relationships with other learning providers, as well as to continue to expand ESource's penetration of the Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining ESource Corp., Ms. D'Angelo was the Business Head of NIIT's Knowledge Solutions Business (KSB) which provided custom learning solutions globally. During her leadership, NIIT was recognized with an ASTD BEST Award, and was also the recipient of several Excellence in E-learning and Cindy Awards. 

Previously, Ms. D'Angelo established iXL's Business-to-Employee Practice and served as its General Manager. Ms. D'Angelo has also held positions of Vice President, Sales and Marketing for a leader in e-commerce and kiosks; she was the National Sales Manager for ELO TouchSystems, and she held several management positions at IBM where she founded IBM's Consumer Segment. 

Ms. D'Angelo holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nova University, and received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Florida.
