Michael J. Giambra

Founder & CEO

Before opening ESource in 1994, Mr. Giambra spent several years in sales and marketing to Fortune 500 companies including two years selling consulting services for IBM, Computer Horizons, and Computer Associates. He joined Management Recruiters International (MRI) as the Northeast Director for their new InterExec division, a group placing middle and upper level professionals, such as managers, directors, and CEOs into contract career opportunities. Candidates’ functional areas of expertise included Human Resources, Training and Development, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology and Project Management. It was his success with MRI that provided Michael the realization of the incredible opportunity to provide outstanding contract professionals to many areas of business and enough motivation to create ESource Corp.

In analyzing the market, Mr. Giambra saw a growing need for training and development, staffing and consulting services and understood Atlanta to be a ripe market for corporate training initiatives. In 1994, the first ESource Corp. office opened in Atlanta. His analysis was further supported by the incredible presence of training and development professional in the Atlanta area. At the time, it was home to the largest American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) chapter in the world, with 1500 members, 75% of who were independent consultants.

With over 30+ years in business, Michael has grown ESource Corp. into one of the fastest growing training and development, providers in the region. The company’s vast network of top talent continues to support significant learning initiatives at over 50 top national companies, including IBM, Unisys, GE Consumer Finance, KPMG, UPS, MetLife, Deloitte Consulting, Lucent Technologies, Countrywide, and McKesson.

In April of 2004, Mr. Giambra moved to the Northeast and opened the New Jersey office of ESource Corporation. With the company’s 2+ decades of operation, ESource Corp. is now more equipped to continue its market growth with clients from New Jersey to Washington to Florida to across the world.
